First State Robotics, Inc.
First State Robotics, Inc. is the nonprofit organization created by the leaders of FIRST Robotics Team 365 to promote and operate FIRST Robotics, FIRST Tech Challenge, FIRST Lego League, and Junior FIRST Lego League programs and tournaments in the greater New Castle County, Delaware area. It was incorporated in Delaware on December 24, 2003 as a non-stock, nonprofit corporation.
The Internal Revenue Service approved our application for nonprofit organization status under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, thus enabling the tax-deductibility of contributions from area businesses and individuals.
