5K Robot Run/Walk

The Miracle Workerz, Team 365 created a unique opportunity in 2006 for teams in the region who wished to participate in additional activities with other teams, and for them to raise funds. Our resulting 5k Robot Run Walk was a fun and wonderfully refreshing activity for the whole community.

Since 2006, we organized and ran the Inaugural 5K Robot Run/Walk at the beautiful Riverfront on the banks of the Christiana River in Wilmington, Delaware, an established USATF certified course. This year, same as last year, we will hold the Third Annual Robot Run on the Riverfront. Complete details can be found on the downloadable fliers below.

Run Preparations and Documents

Teams can get flat rate pledges, pledges per mile, donations for participation; whatever form of sponsorship works best for you. This event has been organized to afford your team members the opportunity to participate in a fun, physically challenging but social event where the reward for completion could also be financially rewarding and beneficial to your team.

Attached is the 5K Robot Run/Walk event registration form with a pledge form that can be used by your team members to solicit donations and sponsorship for participation in this event. We have provided a copy of the pledge form that can be personalized identifying your specific team number and name.
