Gracious Professionalism

Find out how teams assist other teams and their members in solving problems, or in lending them parts or tools.

Safety

Check for the team safety attitude, with everyone wearing safety glasses and proper shoe attire in the pit area, and gloves where appropriate. See what safety attitude they convey to other teams in their behavior and safety promotions.

Functional Integrity

Was the robot performance more efficient and robust than others? Did it continue to perform well on the field after the rough-and-tumble of competition?

Spirit

Check for enthusiasm and a positive attitude of team members in the stands, on the field, and around the event. See how they transmit their enthusiasm to other teams and contribute to the overall excitement of the event.

Imagery

See how a group stands out because of the team colors, name, robot, pit decoration, mascot, and uniforms. See how well these different aspects coordinate and complement one another.

Unique Design

How unique is the design function of the robot? Does it do something differently from other robots that helps it outperform them, such as having a superior kicker?
