Team Handbook	This extensive handbook tells you all that you need to know about MOE. It includes the application, contract, H-H agreement, and the sponsor letter which is also listed as a separate document below.
Event schedule, payment, and Participation forms	Important details for students, parents, and mentors. Form will be individually sent out to team members each year.
Medical Consent Form	Required for full-team members. Contains consent for emergency medical authorization.
Student Contract	Required for full-team members. Students agree to terms and conditions of being a team member.
Team 365 Hold-Harmless Agreement 2013-2014	Required for full-team members, both students and adults. Members agree to accept liability.
2013 General Sponsor Letter	This is a sample letter for getting general business sponsorship and donations.
2013 Fundraising Sponsor Letter	This is a sample letter for getting sponsors for a MOE fundraiser.
Boosterz Fundraising Dates	Document contains dates of fundraisers and help needed from parents for future events.
Student Application (closed for 2013-2014)	The application is required to be considered for the team. Application will be updated each summer for the following school year and will be available here.
